Jaime Casadesús Cabrero was born a June 10, 1936 in Barcelona. Spain. He studied master mechanic at the Industrial School of Barcelona. For several years he worked in the sector of the automated system. He started his career in the world of industrial furniture design in the company Guilleumas S.A. where he developed and designed a large amount of products in solid wood, both for the home such as the contract. In 1973 he founded his own company, Casadesus, which with the passage of the years dedicates 100% of their effort both at DG as artistic. In 1977 he created together with other partners Aderb Gual a company dedicated to the manufacture of all kinds of furniture, sofas, chairs, dressers, beds, lounge sets... etc. His designs have been presented in all kinds of world impact fairs such as: ICFF New York, Cosmit Milan, Imm Cologne, FIM Valencia, Paris..
